Mr. Eric Hsu graduated from the Institute of Computer Science at National Chiao Tung University with a master's degree. In 2004, he served as the General Manager of the Taiwan branch of Ironport, an American company. He joined Cisco in 2007 and founded Netbridge Technology in 2009, where he serves as Chairman. Netbridge is not only a professional IT product distributor but also excels at introducing innovative high-tech brands. Over the years, they have successfully introduced Netgear, Peplink, and SecureCircle (which was later acquired by CrowdStrike, the highest-valued cybersecurity company in the world in 2021). The company is dedicated to assisting new brands in entering the Taiwan and Southeast Asian markets.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Essex in the UK. She joined L Labs in 2003 and has been leading the R&D team since 2018. She has obtained two invention patents: "Dynamic Scenario-Oriented Language Digital Teaching System" and "Task and Path-Oriented Digital Language Learning Method." She is currently the General Manager of L Labs.

He joined L Labs in 2006 and is currently the Deputy General Manager of L Labs, leading the Taiwan Business Unit. He is responsible for product sales, market analysis, and planning market development strategies. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in selling language digital learning products and in the integration and extension of online and offline applications.

She holds a master's degree (MA) in International Marketing Management from Surrey University in the UK. She joined L Labs in 2007, leading the curriculum content team and the overseas business unit. With over 20 years of experience in the international English and Chinese language teaching industry, she is currently the Vice President of L Labs.

Mr. Tonks has 25 years of experience in language education in Asia. After studying Chinese history and language at the University of Toronto, he did graduate work in East Asian Studies and Japanese language at the University of British Columbia. Since coming to Asia in 1992, he has been active in the research, design, production and sale of educational products and software throughout Asia around the world. Mr. Tonks actively promotes MyET-MyCT-MyJT on the global stage as a materials creator, teacher trainer and seminar speaker.

Daniel Fongnien Chiang graduated from The Department of Diplomacy of National Chengchi University, and received a master's degree in political economy from the University of Texas. He served as the general manager of Trend Micro (TYO: 4704), and made Trend Micro Asia's leading antivirus software manufacturer. In 1998, he founded the world's No.1 Chinese website, Sina.com (NASDAQ: SINA) and served as the chairman of the board for many years. In 2006, he founded the Purestone Capital Group and currently serves as the chairman of the board.

Dr. Chang graduated from Taiwan University in 1987, and got his Ph.D. degree in Computer Sciences from Maryland University. After serving as chief engineer for Bowei Technology Inc., he joined Dr. Yi-Jing Lin in 2002 to found L Labs and played a leading role in the research and design of ASAS©.
